RAM（Koichi Yamazaki） は1999年にDRUM’N’BASSシーンへ参戦。
UK名門レーベル FRONTLINE からの「SOSPECIAL」が世界的ヒットを記録し、「MOVE ON / Quaver」は BBC RADIO 1チャートでトップ10入り を果たすなど、早くから国際的評価を確立した。

その後も HOSPITAL をはじめとする海外主要レーベルから作品を発表し、さらに UFOのco-producer や『ICO』『beatmania』などゲーム音楽でも活躍。国内外の幅広いサウンドを吸収。
現在も自身のレーベルを拠点に第一線で進化を続ける、日本を代表するエレクトロニック・ミュージック・クリエイターである。
