この曲が出来たきっかけは、ちょうど私が学生以来逢えていなかったアメリカに
住んでいる祖母に、十数年以上経ち、やっと出逢えた時の気持ちを込めました。
メロディを聴いたときに、祖母と出逢った気持ちがふわっと
浮かんできて、迷いなく歌詞を仕上げました。
そんな心の引き出しの中から取り出したような、思い出の歌です。

This song is for a grandmother living in the United States that I haven’t met since I was a student.
I put in the lyrics what I felt when I met my grandmother.
When my best friend pianist Aoki made this song and first heard it, This melody reminded me a lot of memories
After that, the lyrics were completed without hesitation.
I hope it will be a song that will remind you of your loved ones.
